Three Kings

Three Kings.

Another great morning for outdoor exercise! We started with a jog (no logs) and then got
into the three kings.

They are:
1. Squats
2. Press ups
3. Log Thrusters

I am surprised you didn’t hear the collective moans from wherever it is you were sleeping because their wasn’t a lot of early enthusiasm for the three kings.

I thought there was going to be a revolt at one point when the logs were to be carried for another lap of ‘recovery’. But everyone finished with smiles on their faces.

The fitness recruits worked their way into things and got through a lot of work today. The legs (and arms) will likely feel it tomorrow, but already you can see strength and fitness gains.

We expect more back on board on Thursday for our next cardio session.
