Glory
Glory is a tough workout that challenges almost all of the components of cardiovascular fitness.
It started with a nice jog of about 1.5km before getting in to the LAP!
The lap is about 400m and takes anywhere from 1-2 minutes depending on your speed.
The Fitness recruits did 5 ‘work’ laps as well as a warm up to see the course.
Effort was rewarded with rest.
It was interesting to see the various tactics employed with the most wylie competiors holding a little back till the final round before showing their hand.
Following on from this we hand smaller laps while carrying, lifting, flipping or dragging various implements.
A fianl lap to finish and Glory was in the history books.
Another honest session helping our recruits along their journey.
