Three Kings

Three Kings.
Another great morning for outdoor exercise! We started with a jog (no logs) and then got
into the three kings.
They are:
1. Squats
2. Press ups
3. Log Thrusters

Glory

Glory is a tough workout that challenges almost all of the components of cardiovascular fitness.
It started with a nice jog of about 1.5km before getting in to the LAP!
The lap is about 400m and takes anywhere from 1-2 minutes depending on your speed.

Tora Tora Tora

Day three, and our second cardio day is called Tora Tora Tora.
Tora in Japanese means Tiger, and we tried to incorporate some Japanese stylings into our day.

Shuttles

Thursday dawned bright and clear again and our new recruits came ready for a new challenge.
Our first cardio day is called ‘Platoon’ and it certainly tried to sort the tough ones out.
